Effective November 8, 2010 all “Signalpersons” and “Riggers” shall be qualified. This is a mandatory requirement in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.1400 Regulations.Our Rigger and Signal Person training programs are led by accredited Instructors and meets or exceeds current ASME B30 safety standards and OSHA 29 CFR part 1926 subpart CC. In business since 2005, owner Glenn Shirley has over 37 years of experience in the crane industry as an operator, mechanic, and crane inspector and surveyor.
Based just West of Fort Worth, Ultimate Crane provides the following services in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, across Texas, and throughout the entire nation.
- Qualified, Third Party Crane Inspections: Annual third-party inspections are typically required by general contractors, property managers, and others before permitting cranes on their property or job site. In addition to performing a thorough visual and operational component evaluation, Ultimate Crane will perform load testing, weld examinations, and other non-destructive tests using magnetic particles and ultrasonic procedures.
- Certified Rigger, Signal Person Training: Ultimate Crane's Rigger and Signalperson Training courses are compliant with OSHA's new Crane and Derrick standards (effective since November 2010) and will qualify your rigging and signaling personnel.
